Vintage long sleeve blouse with high neck. Front has sewn on cravat/ruffle going down the midline. Buttons on neck closure and sleeve cuffs all matching and original. Note inner snap of collar is missing on one side, but still maintains button closure.
Front button closure has hidden buttons in an inner flap.
Brand is Elie, maybe size 4, 100% polyester.
Guessing this might be from 1970s or 80s. Has been cleaned.
